The equipment uses gas to accelerate the corrosion of materials or products in a certain temperature and relative humidity environment, reproducing the degree of damage suffered by materials or products within a certain time range. Equipment can be used to assess the ability of materials and their protective layers to resist mixed gas corrosion, as well as to compare the process quality of similar protective layers. It can also be used to assess the ability of certain products to resist gas corrosion.

The equipment can reach the specified temperature and humidity points in the experimental workspace and maintain them constant. Conduct corrosion tests on materials or products by continuously introducing a certain concentration of mixed gas into a box with a specified volume, while keeping the concentration, temperature, and relative humidity constant.

The material used to manufacture this equipment is corrosion-resistant imported PVC plastic sheet, which does not react with sulfur dioxide and other gases, does not absorb several mixed gases, and does not affect the test results. In the design work of this equipment, the internal and external pressures are balanced, and the mixed gas flows uniformly inside the box. Moreover, the design takes into account the generation of condensation water at the top, inner walls, and other parts of the equipment. Therefore, the box top is designed with a 120 degree optimal top angle. During the testing process, condensation water will not drip onto the sample and affect the test results.

The appearance design of the corrosion test chamber is beautiful, the structure is reasonable, and the lines are smooth and natural. The outer shell and inner liner of the box are made of imported PVC plastic sheets, which have a smooth and bright appearance without scratches, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and no leakage. All kinds of auxiliary accessories and facilities are also corrosion-resistant, with reasonable structural design.

The oversized box door is made of double-layer glass and sealed with corrosion-resistant silicone rubber, which is also corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and leak free. During the experiment, the indoor test conditions can be clearly observed from the outside without affecting the test results. The door and body of the box are sealed with corrosion-resistant silicone rubber to prevent gas leakage, avoid affecting the test results and corroding other equipment in the room, and also avoid harm to the test operators.

The box is heated using a titanium metal heater, which heats up quickly and distributes temperature and humidity evenly. The sample rack is designed according to national standards and can also be hooked. Various gases are first configured to the required concentration according to the requirements, and then released from the steel cylinder through pressure reduction. They are then controlled by corrosion-resistant solenoid valves and enter the mixing box through a flow meter. Afterwards, they enter the bottom of the box together with the temperature and humidity air in the air conditioning cabinet through a diversion pipeline, and pass evenly through the box. The concentration is converted into a certain flow rate value, and the flow rate is controlled by a mass flow meter.

The refrigeration system of the equipment is installed in the air conditioning cabinet of the equipment, mainly for cooling and dehumidification purposes.

The equipment control system is designed on the right side of the box and is easy to operate. The specially designed corrosive gas filtration device can quickly and effectively filter the residual gas in the box after the test is completed, and the residual gas will not pollute the atmosphere, making it easy to operate.

2、 Structure of mixed gas corrosion test chamber:

1. The box is made of imported PVC plastic sheet and molded through a special mold that is softened at high temperature and then cooled. The seams between the boards are milled into a 90 degree right angle, and then filled with plastic welding wire melted by a high-temperature welding gun. After cooling, the welds are more firm, and the seams of the entire box are smooth and flat. The box structure is compact, and the appearance is shiny,

The temperature and humidity inside the equipment design box are controlled by an air conditioning cabinet to create a specified temperature and humidity environment, and are circulated inside the box. The equipment is designed with an air conditioning system, which includes a refrigeration system, a heating system, and a humidification system. The air conditioning system is manufactured to meet the temperature and humidity requirements of the test. At the same time, a single gas is input, and the flow rate is controlled to reach the specified range. The concentration can be calculated by calculating the volume ratio using a formula, and then measured and effectively controlled using a mass flow meter to reach the specified range. The equipment heats up quickly and the temperature and humidity are evenly distributed. The heating and humidification element adopts titanium metal heating tubes, which are corrosion-resistant and have a long service life. The box door is made of tempered glass, making it easy to open and close. Using corrosion-resistant silicone rubber seal to ensure that gas does not overflow. The design of the sample frame structure follows national standards and can also use hooks, which have a large load-bearing capacity and are easy to place the test samples. After the gas comes out of the steel cylinder, it is depressurized, filtered by special materials, and then controlled by a corrosion-resistant solenoid valve to enter the mixing box through a mass flow meter. Afterwards, it enters the diversion pipeline at the bottom of the box together with the temperature and humidity air in the air conditioning cabinet, and passes evenly through the box.

3. The equipment can perform mixed tests of four gases or single gas corrosion tests of one of them. After determining the concentration of the gas to be tested, the inlet flow rates of the corrosive gas and air can be calculated based on the formula, the volume of the equipment working chamber, and the required air exchange rate for testing. During the experiment, all controls are automatically performed, such as water replenishment, ventilation, air intake, exhaust, drainage, and so on.

4. The equipment is designed with two glass doors, and the * door is sealed with silicone rubber to prevent mixed gas from escaping; Design another leak proof glass door outside the * door, and use compressed air blowing between the two doors. Even if there is a leak due to operator error, the leaked gas will be blown into the filter by the compressed air.

5. After completing the test task through the sample, the mixed gas enters the residual gas filter through the pipeline at the top of the box. The specially designed alkali atomization neutralization and adsorption combination gas filtration device inside the filter can quickly and effectively filter the residual gas in the box after the test is completed. The pH value of the residual gas is weakly alkaline, which will not cause pollution to the atmosphere and is easy to operate. After a small amount of condensed water is collected inside the box, it can be centrally treated.

6. Equipped with over temperature protection and low water level warning to ensure safe use.

7. The refrigeration system of the equipment is installed at the bottom of the equipment, mainly for cooling, constant temperature and dehumidification during summer use.

8. The equipment control system is designed on the right side of the box and is easy to operate. The installation of equipment has special requirements and must be installed separately in an independent laboratory. No other equipment or instruments are allowed to be placed indoors. After the general equipment is installed, glass is used to separate the equipment from the operation, which not only ensures the personal safety of the staff, but also allows real-time monitoring of the indoor test conditions through the glass. It is recommended to install exhaust devices indoors. During the operation, staff may make mistakes and release gas into the laboratory. In this case, indoor ventilation measures can be opened to replace the leaked gas from the studio and allow personnel to enter the room for operation or inspection. For safety reasons, various gas leak alarm instruments can also be installed indoors.

3、 Control system:

1. The temperature and humidity control instrument adopts a Korean original large screen LCD display programmable microcomputer PID control SSR output operation, fully imported large LCD touch screen image, simple screen operation, and easy program editing;

11. The return air outlet of this test chamber is equipped with an automatic defrosting device (so that the water vapor generated during the test will not accumulate on the refrigeration evaporator and cause ice blockage)
